The beauty spread for you to see
Across the land, sky and sea
Are glimpses of God’s majesty
And creative power that caused all things to be.
Whenever you watch the clouds drift by
Or view the stars in a moonlit sky,
Remember the One who reigns on high,
Hears each prayer and mournful sigh.
As the darkness slowly turns to light
Reveling the wonders within your sight,
As the sunshine touches you, warm and bright,
Be filled with the strength of God’s power and might.
In the splendor of creation when you look around,
In the music of life and each joyful sound,
In the rushing water, blue skies and the ground,
Glimpses of God’s grace are waiting to be found.

The song of Easter is a song of spring
When new life returns to everything,
As birds in the trees joyfully sing,
We lift our voices in praise to the King.
The sounds of nature in harmony blend
In a symphony rejoicing in life without end,
And our hearts are filled with peace within,
Knowing Christ has triumphed over sin.
As hearts are tuned to the sound of His voice,
With all of creation we gladly rejoice.

Loving good wishes are given to you
For many blessings in all you do.
May God’s love graciously on you pour,
Bringing you joy and so much more.
May you find contentment in the life you live,
Receive all the gifts God has to give,
And the love that’s abundantly offered to you,
Remember to offer to others too!

If everyone in the world
Could be more loving and caring,
There would be less selfishness
And more generosity and sharing.
If we could see God’s love
When we look at someone’s face,
There would be less judgment and hatred
And more of God’s mercy and grace.
If love could be our focus
And play a much greater part,
This would be a much better world
Where God shines in every heart.

Song of Christmas
The song of Christmas is a song of joy,
Filled with delight for each girl and boy,
A song of happiness filling the heart,
A joy in which all long to have a part.
The song of Christmas is a song of love,
Revealed when God sent his Son from above,
A love to be shared with family and friend,
A song of love that will never end.
The song of Christmas is a song of hope,
Of light for those who in darkness grope,
A hope for the end of grief and despair,
A song of mercy beyond compare.
The song of Christmas is a song of peace,
For selfishness, hatred and war to cease,
A peace that only Jesus could bring,
A peace that gives us a new song to sing.

With a heart that overflows
I give thanks, Lord, today
for the many blessings
you have sent my way.
Without you I am nothing.
I can’t make it on my own,
and I’m forever grateful
for the love that you have shown.
I thank you for your love
and the gift of your dear Son,
for your boundless grace and mercy
and all that you have done.
To you I give all glory
for all of life’s good things
and for the special joy
that loving you brings.

In autumn the leaves start changing
to colors rich and bright,
and soon they all
will begin to fall,
creating an artistic sight.
The green that in summer was seen
on the branches of every tree
has now turned to gold
and reds quite bold;
this change is delightful to see.
The exquisite beauty of nature
when leaves begin to die,
as vibrant shades abound,
covering the ground,
leads us to wonder why.
Why such a glorious tribute
to what is almost past?
Crackling leaves drying
in this season of dying;
their splendor cannot last.
Changes come into each life
in what has happened before.
Though all things must end,
on God you can depend
to bring beauty to life once more.

As the summer days start to fade away
It causes me to remember
Though summer’s song won’t be here for long,
What a lovely month is September!
In the glow of sunset I will not forget
The joys of the summer soon past,
And the sweet memory, time with family
Is something that’s sure to last.
Now that summer’s heat makes a slow retreat
As the month of September goes by,
I fondly recall how much I love fall
With a pleasure that I won’t deny.

When our way seems smooth
and the day is bright,
it’s easy to have faith
in God’s love and light.
But when the way grows rough
and the light is dim,
it’s much harder to keep
our faith in Him.
We need to remember
to focus our eyes
on the light of God’s love
and the ultimate prize.
As we travel through life’s obstacles
and every roadblock,
we can cling with assurance
to our faithful, strong Rock.
It is in our weakness
that God’s strength is most revealed,
and in times of danger
when He is our sure, strong shield.
As we release our fears
and seek God’s blessing from above,
we discover the great mercy
and fullness of God’s love.

God is the food for our spirits
On which we were created to feed.
As our souls are fed, we are lovingly led
As God supplies every need.
We won’t find peace apart from God
Because it is simply not there.
When we turn from sin and search for Him
We’ll discover His peace everywhere.
If we search for happiness elsewhere,
We’ll discover it is hard to find.
For a happier life freed from stress and strife
Only God offers true peace of mind.
